Where are you from originally?
I was born in Toronto, Canada. At the time, both sets of grandparents also lived there. My father was a bush pilot, so we moved every few months to another town. The first seven years we stayed in Canada, living anywhere from St. Johns, Newfoundland to Northwestern cities and towns in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, with some time in Florida as well. We moved to Denver when I was 7, Queens in NY when I was 8, Connecticut, and a few other Northeastern places including (back to) Toronto. I left my family when I was 16, lived and played on the streets of Toronto before I moved out west. I based out of Calgary and Banff, Vancouver and Winnipeg - before I moved to the Bay Area in CA. I was about 25 by then, and I lived in Phoenix, AZ and a short time in NC, CT, and Washington DC before relocating in Austin, TX. Austin was the first place that felt like home. I'm still here!
